Doxieflow shop terms

§1. Seller
The Doxieflow online shop (the “Shop”) at doxieflow.com is operated by:

The Seller is not VAT-registered. Orders are documented with a simple receipt (Polish “rachunek”), not a VAT invoice. Stripe automatically emails a payment confirmation to the Customer; an additional receipt can be issued on request via email.
§2. Definitions
- Customer - a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit placing an order in the Shop.
- Consumer - a natural person purchasing in the Shop for purposes unrelated to their professional activity.
- Product - a t-shirt or tote bag with an original design offered in the Shop.
- Order - a Customer’s declaration of will to enter into a sales contract, containing the Product configuration (cut, size, colour) and quantity.
- Stripe - Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, the payment service provider handling Shop transactions.
§3. Placing an order
- The Customer configures the Product (cut: women’s / men’s, size, colour) and adds it to the cart.
- On checkout the Customer is redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter shipping details and pay.
- Ticking the required consents (Terms and Privacy Policy) is a condition of placing the order.
- The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms the payment.
- The Customer receives an order confirmation email.
§4. Prices and payments
- All prices in the Shop are in Polish złoty (PLN) and are gross prices.
- The Seller is not VAT-registered - no VAT is included.
- The total price (Product + shipping) is shown to the Customer before clicking “Order with obligation to pay”. No hidden charges.
- Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout: cards, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- The Shop does not store payment-card data - payment processing is fully on Stripe’s side.
§5. Shipping
- The Shop ships only within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- Shipping cost: PLN 19 (courier).
- Lead time: 7 business days production + 2 business days delivery (9 business days total).
- International shipping - available on request via email (kontakt@doxieflow.com).
§6. Right of withdrawal (Consumer)
- The Consumer, pursuant to Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, the Consumer must inform the Seller of the decision by an unequivocal statement. A model withdrawal form is available at /odstapienie-od-umowy/ (printable or by email to kontakt@doxieflow.com).
- The deadline is met if the Consumer sends the statement before the 14-day period expires.
- The Product must be returned promptly, no later than within 14 days of withdrawal, to: ul. Olbrachtowska 2/9, 54-063 Wrocław, Poland.
- The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
- The Seller refunds the payments received (Product price + cost of the cheapest standard shipping) promptly, no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method as the Consumer.
- The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product is received or until proof of dispatch is provided.
- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
§7. Statutory warranty (lack of conformity with the contract)
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the Product with the contract under the rules set out in the Consumer Rights Act (chapter 5a).
- The Seller is liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years of that time.
- In case of lack of conformity the Consumer is entitled to, in order:
- the right to demand that the Product be brought into conformity with the contract by repair or replacement,
- the right to declare a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (if repair or replacement turn out to be impossible or unreasonable).
- Complaints should be submitted by email to kontakt@doxieflow.com, including order number, defect description and photos.
- The Seller processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.
- The cost of returning the complained Product to the Seller is borne by the Seller if the complaint is upheld.
§8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- The Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and dispute resolution mechanisms, including:
- Permanent Consumer Arbitration Courts at Voivodship Inspectorates of Trade Inspection,
- Municipal (District) Consumer Ombudsmen,
- the EU Commission ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- The use of these mechanisms is voluntary.
§9. Personal data
The rules for processing Customer personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy at /polityka-prywatnosci/.
§10. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Seller may amend these Terms. Orders placed before an amendment are processed under the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
- The current version of these Terms is effective from the date stated at the top of this document.
