What’s next?

1. Fill in and send this form within 14 days of receiving the Product.
2. Return the Product to the address above within the following 14 days of sending the form. The Consumer bears the direct cost of return.
3. We will refund payments (Product price + cost of the cheapest standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the same account used for payment (unless you specify otherwise in the form).
